Cookies policy

This Policy defines the rules of storing and accessing information on the User's devices with the use of cookies for the provision of electronic services requested by the User by 4K ltd with its registered office in Gdańsk.

I. Definitions.

    1. Administrator – the company 4K ltd with its registered office in Gdańsk (postcode: 80-286), Jaśkowa Dolina 31 premises 20-21, VAT ID: 5842744672, REGON: 362766492, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk under KRS number 0000581409, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in the User's Device.
    2. Website – a website or application under which the Administrator operates an Internet portal, operating under the domain www.vuyap.com and subdomains.
    3. Cookies – IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on devices through which the User uses the web pages of the Website.
    4. Own Cookies – Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
    5. External Cookies – Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners, via the Website.
    6. Rules and Regulations – the rules and regulations of the Website available at the following web address: https://vuyap.com/en/terms-and-conditions.
    7. Device – an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.
    8. User – an entity to whom, in accordance with the Rules and regulations as well as the law, electronic services may be provided, or with whom an agreement on the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.

II. Types of Cookies used.

    1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, no viruses or other unwanted software or malware can enter the User's Device through cookies. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and to customise the Website for each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device and the value assigned to them.
    2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
        • Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
        • Persistent cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of the browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User's Device.
        • The User has the possibility to restrict or disable the access of Cookies to his/her Device.

In the case of choosing this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that require Cookies intrinsically.

III. Purposes for which Cookies are used.

    1. The Administrator uses Own Cookies for the following purposes:

      1. Website configuration:
        • adjusting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the pages of the Website;
        • recognition of the device of the Website User and his/her location and appropriate display of the website adjusted to his/her individual needs;

        • correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session;

      3. Performing processes necessary for full functionality of web pages
        • adapting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the Website pages. In particular, these files make it possible to recognise the basic parameters of a User's Device and appropriately display the website, adjusted to his/her individual needs;
        • correct operation of the affiliate programme, enabling in particular verification of the sources of redirection of Users to the Website.
      4. Remembering the User's Location
        • correct configuration of the selected functions of the Website, in particular enabling adaptation of information provided to the User, taking into account his/her location.
      5. Analysis and research as well as audience audit
        • creating anonymous statistics which help to understand how the Website users navigate the Website's pages, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content.
      6. Provision of advertising services
        • tailoring the advertising of third-party services and products presented on the Website;

IV. Possibilities of defining the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies.

    2. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser he/she is using.
